Nelson Bay Medical Centre ISN have managed our computer network system since October 2004. We are a busy 3 site Medical Practice with 27 workstations networked to our main site, 15 of which are connected remotely using Terminal Services. During this time we have found Rafic Habib and his team to be extremely reliable, dedicated and professional. ISN have been responsible for all aspects of network security and protection as well as setting up email and home access facilities. Recently, either Rafic or another ISN member, have assisted me with major clinical software updates. This requried them to be onsite. The ISN team are always available for advice and are quick to respond to any problems that arise.
