Network support and proactive maintenance
All networks require maintenance from time to time. Some of this is reactive support, so a call to a technician when something goes wrong or when a network user requires assistance. In other cases it might be reactive to a problem on the network, such as hardware failure. We have found through preventative support and monitoring, or proactive support, we can greatly minimise the risk of unexpected network interruptions. Regular proactive maintenance is scheduled outside of business hours so the clinic is not disrupted.

Backup Solutions
ISN Solutions has strong standards and procedures for ensuring the safety and integrity of your data through hardware configuration and set procedures. This includes:
  • RAID hard drives for the Server. RAID is a system of mirroring (replicating) your server hard drive in real time as it is being used. In the event of hardware failure the mirrored drive takes over and your work is not interrupted. 

  • Tape Backup for scheduled backups with procedures for daily offsite backup to ensure a safe copy of your data at all times in the event of a disaster such as fire or flooding.
